I saw an interesting looking bike today. It was obviously an ebike… massive battery on the down tube, huge, hub motor on the rear wheel, small, but fat tires.
I like all kinds of bikes. When I see something unusual or nice, I'll stop and geek out a bit.
I did a double take trying to figure out how the front brake worked.
Think he wondered why he wasn't stopping as well as he used to?

Nah, it’s fine. It’s an e-bike, so it has Bluetooth brakes. 👌
The wheel is put on backwards, and I’m not surprised, because this looks like another cheap Chinese ebike ridden by some food delivery jockey. Just look at the “””lock””” lmao
Kenda fat tires, completely bald, check
Front wheel on backwards, check.
Flimsiest lock only attached to a quick release wheel, check.
Bike probably ridden into the ground with no maintenance, check.
Nothing to see here, just your standard direct to consumer ebike.
To be fair they’re cable disc brakes, so the owner probably can’t tell the difference.

I think for everyone’s safety this 200kg bike flying down the road with one brake could probably use a note telling them what’s wrong :/
