Mostly NOS/used parts. Tiny frame with funky geometry cuz I’m a tiny person with funky geometry. I’ve only ever done part swapping and service work on prebuilt road, ebikes and mtbs so this was my first build from the frame up. Still missing a few pieces (Nitto bar ends getting shipped from Japan ;-; ) and I’m trying to figure out how to mount the rear fender securely, but I’m pretty damn pleased with it.

Is goofy. Very good.
Couple little things like removing the clamp-on cable stops from the downtube and adding pedal straps, but otherwise this thing freaking rocks
