I think these go between the pedal and the threads of the crank (on the pedal and it will butt up against the crank). Someone else correct me if you think I am wrong.
Pedal Washers, not necessarily important to install.
OP I just want to comment on how you included the ruler with diameter measurements
So many people post things with missing information and very little context and that was really nice to see in contrast
