Ok I didn't get it today, more like a couple months ago, but this is its final form (for now!) I switched the ridiculously wide 50 cm stock bars out for Ritchey Venturemax 42 cm with Silca Cuscino tape and added a couple bags to carry stuff. I'm using it just for fun solo and group rides, no bikepacking, though I like to think that could be in the future.
I have another set of wheels with 38c Gravelkings but I really love the stock 2.25" tires for 90% of my riding. The Brooks B17 saddle gets more comfortable with every ride and eats up any bumps that get past the tires!
