I got a 2023 Scott Ransom 920 a few weeks ago and finally took it to the bikepark last week. I noticed there was some serious creaking coming from what I believe is the headset. There's absolutely no play what so ever in the headset and it feels smooth and sturdy, but I feel like there's a looot of creaking that I haven't really heard on other peoples POV videos. What do you guys think?
Is this a normal amount of creaking from the headset for a brand new bike?

There is no normal creaking. Fix it.
Definitely not. If you’re not comfortable working on bikes take it to a good shop. Something is loose and it’ll wear out quickly if you leave it the way it is.
I’ve had a couple bikes develop creaks early on. When I took the headset apart there was practically no grease. Cleaned em up, greased em up, all good.
Sounds more like rattle not creaking
The normal amount of noise a bike should make is basically 0.
Holy crap that would drive me INSANE.
It’s not your headset it’s your internally routed cables without anything to dampen the sound of them rattling in your alloy frame.
Ulricehamn?!
How does one buy a new 2023 model bike over half way through 2024? Holdover at a shop?
