I’m looking for a road bike for my 5’3” wife. This one one is a 44cm frame which seems small, but Cannondale’s size chart gives a range of 5’0-5’4” at least for current Synapses.
No idea what year this is. It’s an aluminum frame, and zooming in it looks like it has 105 groupset.
Is $400 a fine price?

Seems a smidge too much…
Almost certainly too small for someone 5’3″. That is an extra small or youth frame. 48cm or 50cm should be what you are looking for.
