  1. If there’s a wiggle between fork and frame, it’s the headset. It could also be the cone nut. Often a 24mm wrench I believe that you need to tighten. Might have to take the wheel out to do it properly

  2. Loosen the two hex head bolts on the back side of the stem. Tighten the top hex bolt firmly, but not super hard. Check for wiggle or that sound. If it’s good, make sure your wheels and bar are aligned and tighten the two bolts on the back side very firmly.

    If that doesn’t fix it, check for wiggle of your front wheel and report back.
