In today’s video I do a 3 – day investigation into whether you can afford working at Dominos as a delivery driver full time, or whether it’s ideally a part time job or for students…
I calculated based on the 3 days how much you can imagine making in a month and how many hours you do
Whilst discussing the wear and tear on your car and petrol expenses
The results will shock you…

What about the cost of extra insurance for using your car for work?
Was that a rat 9:35ish
Saw that rat jump out at the bins lol
Roll on Summer eh, Zac, sunny days and bright evening! 😎
Uber driving/Uber eats?
From my experience, the trick to getting your hours in Domino's is to examine the rota, see which shifts aren't taken by other drivers. For example, if there isn't anyone doing Saturday and Sunday dayshifts every week, go to your manager and ask if they could put you on those dayshifts every week. It makes the manager's life easier when making the rota as well. Also congrats to you and your Mrs man🫶
great video i was in your shoes a while ago i left dominos and a couple months later I now have 4 employees. that app takes the piss. i do miss dominos sometimes
You need to do Uber (taxi) with your own car – be really good to watch

Did anyone else see the rat running at 9:27 or was it just me? 😭

I'm a full time delivery driver for Domino's in the UK. I average around 35-40hrs a week, working around 7.5hrs on a typical day, 5 days week. I roughly do around 15-25 deliveries per day. I average around £110 per week in fuel money, but I spend around £80 a week in fuel.
All car related expenses (fuel, maintenance, services, etc…) I like to put on a Credit Card and pay it off weekly with the money I earn from delivery money, to try prevent myself cutting into my own money and potentially build my credit score. If I have any left over, I put it in a savings account for any future car expenses.
Since January 2023, I've managed to rack up 23k mi on my car. My car was at 22k miles in Jan 2023 and now it's at 45k, so I've managed to double the mileage in just over a year. So I'm also losing quite a lot of value on my car doing this job.
Maybe do Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats as a side hustle for times when they cut your shift early.
Respect to all deliver drivers out there. I always tip.
Are you guaranteed a minimum amount of hours per week contractually?
Learn to be a sparks 200 plus a van aday paid every week good back up
9:27 was that a rat running?
I thought you were doing well in Dubai , instead of a no brain pizza carrier
If you own a dominos you have to have more than one and you make enough lol
Absolute mugs game
I enjoy all your Tik Toks and YouTube videos these are my favourite videos I’m a self employed pointer I do domino’s as a second job and it’s brilliant pays for fuel and a nice boost every month easy job like free money and you meet new people also and get free food
It’s annoying when they don’t answer I know how it is haha
British persons knock that is
I have a mate that works for dom's. I can't believe they just dropped your per delivery to £1 yet put the delivery price up! You should be getting the full delivery price. I pay £2.99 for delivery now. You are getting mugged off by your employers.
Do you have a contact to start delivery for a dsp I do flex but don’t want to do it in my own car anymore?
9:27 little rat running from under the bin 🤣
My online businesses all failed last year after being self employed for almost 10 years. When I graduated uni I was going to move to China to teach English – I decided to revisit that.
as a beginner teacher teaching 20 hours over 10 days I earn £1,000 then get 4 days off. I get a free apartment, free food on campus and honestly i'm loving it. I went back to my parents in the UK for a few months and didn't want to pursue anything in the west, I just think its a really bad deal like everything seems to be designed to make you lose. At least here i'm away from the noise and able to live purposeful and save nearly all income made.
Finally you came to my city mate, Yes mate the spud bros are a great place for your potatoes very nice spuds .they have been going for many years 👍
I recently went for an interview at my local dominos for a delivery job, not really an interview just a few questions in the shop. Anyway the manager said he would let me know if I got the job in the next couple days but he never got back to me and thank god he never. The guy was obese absolutely covered in fat and for the whole interview he had a massive bogey hanging out of his nose! I can honestly say I will never eat a domino’s again. No offence here btw
