You’re probably going to have a few different issues since you stopped the bike before letting them cool down a bit.
That’s fine… Now change to metallic pads (and replace rotors if they can’t handle metallic pds) 👍💪
Why you so harf on your brakes???
Bleed them, use the correct fluid.
