Running 650b wheels and trying to get these brake pads to make contact with the rim. The adjustment is seated all the way low and doesn’t get any lower. Am I doing something wrong?
First the canti arms are on backwards. Second, are you sure this frame wasn’t meant for 700C wheels?

if that’s a Clem Smith, only the two smallest frame sizes are meant for 650b; 59 and 64cm frames are meant for 700c
just a personal anecdote. But I once spent a great deal of time trying to think out the best way to get 650b wheels on a frame meant for 700c and canti posts – any solution i ever came up with worked like garbage

Yeah, this wheel size does not fit on this frame. You have to stick to what it’s designed for – as BobDrifter said, 700c.
