My son’s bike has an issue where the wheel keeps hitting the frame, causing the tire to lock up and stop moving. It's making it impossible to ride. I’ve attached a video showing exactly what’s happening. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Wheel is no longer true (runs straight) or the frame is bent. Could be both though.
Try unscrewing the nut and align the rear wheel. Sometimes the axel is tighten at different positions on the opposite sides of the frame. Hope it works
There is some serious misalignment problems on that wheel. The wheel should be straight in the middle of the dropouts and point straight along the frame. Now it clearly on the left side. If you undid the rear wheel, figure out what you assempled wrong. Maybe theres some spacers/nuts etc. that should be on the other side? Or maybe the wheel isn’t pointing straight along the ftame and is crooked to the left. Or some combination of these. Just make sure the wheel sits in the middle of the axle (and therefore dropouts too) and is pointing straight.
how can i tell if the wheel is physically bent? if so, is it easy to fix? also, i noticed that the spokes were loose and was able to tighten them.
