Hello, I need help to assemble my crankset,
I have fitted my new bike a yoeleo g21 but there is a problem with play on my new crankset, after tightening the cranks the crankset has lateral play that I can't get rid of even by playing with the adjustment ring, I have fitted a spacer that was delivered with my bottom bracket but there is still play.
Can you help me?
The bottom bracket is SRAM rival axs 40 teeth wide
Bottom bracket is SRAM dub t47
The rear derailleur is a SRAM rival axs with a SRAM rival 10-44 cassette.

For a wide road crankset, you need two spacers. One 2,5mm one 5,5mm.

You need more spacers mate. You can adjust the play by like a mm or 2 at the most with the screw ring you see on you photos, but that’s too much play to fix.
Either buy more spacers online or maybe a BC near you has some lying around for cheap.
