I am planning to do bikepacking trips with this one for approx. 1-2 weeks and need some storage tipps. what you think is the best to equip this with? of course a sattle bag, but i’m not sure about how much the fork mounts can be really used etc.

I’ve got nearly the same bike an am very happy with my setup
– small ortlieb saddle bag
– ortlieb frame bag
– topeak frontloader on the handlebar
– two merida gravel cages on the forks
– newest addition is the topeak Escape pod on the lowest bottle cage an the Acepac bootle bag on the handlebar

Doesn’t canyon make a frame bag specifically for this bike? I feel like you should buy that and the feed bag they make, at the minimum.
Bags are subjective, but custom frame bags, like something from Rogue Panda, will fit the best and give you the best utilization of space in your frame triangle.
The rest are very subjective and can vary depending on your need and application. I have a few different bag and rack setups.
I frequently mount my h2o cages on my fork when I have full frame bag on.
Panniers.
I have that seat post and I would suggest not getting a bag that hangs off it as I feel like it takes the spring out of the seat. Maybe panniers or don’t load up the bag too heavy
