    If it really bothers you, polish that spot with some high grit (5000-8000) wet abrasive paper and finish with polishing compound.

    Otherwise, I’d say just ride your bike. Within the first few months, you’ll have plenty of other tiny scratches, and you’ll not be as concerned about it.

  2. You can return the bike, or they can give you some money back. When I bought my al endurace years ago I also had some minor scratches. It bothered me a little bit, wrote to them, and they refunded me 50€ which was OK for me.

    Maybe you can even get them to pay for a local professional to fix it.

    What makes you think it was used? The scratches are in odd places, so that looks like shipping damage.
