Saw this bike for sale and wondering if its a good deal. the posting said “Full carbon bike with Easton EA90 SL wheels.
Shimano Ultegra component set with FSA SI-K Light cranks, seat post and handlebars. Blackburn water bottle holders in carbon. The bike is in great condition. I am the original owner and I've had it for about 7 years.

Depends on how wide a tire you can put on it.
Yeah if you’re starting out that’s a good deal, if you outgrow the bike because you’re really into then you can piece together upgrades or buy a nice new road bike you’re confident you’ll use and throw this one on the indoor trainer.
The Ultegra 6700 2×10-speed groupset on that bike is way older than 7 years though. 6700 was released in 2010 and superseded by 11-speed 6800 in 2013.
I have a similar era/build CAAD10, which has an aluminum frame while the Supersix is carbon. I paid $750 two years ago. I love the bike, it rides really nice and the quality of the components is there. I think it would only fit a 25c tire at most, so it’s a little archaic in that regard. But for $600, if it’s in good shape I’d argue you’re getting a much better bike than something newer with lower end components.
$600 is probably about right. Offer 500 IMO
it’s says “price is $1500” at the bottom though
$600 is about right, I think.
In SoCal this is a very good deal. I’d almost consider buying yet another top end rim brake road bike that I don’t need, just on the price.
I’d throw the deepest section HED Jets I could find, a white saddle, white tape, and then just ride it up and down the river trail feeling like $8,499 (2014 dollars).
Seems like a pretty decent price to me.
Looks to be in great shape so yes.
This is just waiting for someone on here to buy it out from under you like happened to that other guy a few months ago lol. It’s a great deal. Buy it
Not too off. See if you can haggle them down a tad.
Yes it is I sold so many of those and 600 is a steal .
Great deal!
Yes
$600 seems okay as long as there isn’t much wear. No way that bike is only 7 years old with that group set.
While $600 is a good deal, I agree with other commenters that there’s no way this bike is only 7 years old, it’s definitely closer to 10+.
The only downside to this model is the rim brake, which limits you to a 25mm tire at most. Otherwise, this was my first road bike back in the day and I loved it dearly!
Four Fiddy
Good deal, go for it
I have that supersix and rebuilt it with modern stuff and I’ll tell you that frame still holds up
I’d buy it for that today.
I love the old school white on black logos throughout
I just rebuilt one of these for a friend. He put R8000 on it to get 11-30 11s on it. Great bikes. A deal at $600.
I have this exact bike and I’d pay $1k for it lol. Buy.
Great deal
I missed one for $650 here in AZ just after I was hit by a car destroying my old ass Cannondale CAAD7. It is a very nice bike for the price you found. I got lucky and ended up getting a Specialized Tarmac Comp for $400 once I found out how much I was getting for my old bike, a whooping $213…
I have the same frame it’s an absolutely amazing bike, I have the 105 components, it gets the most use out of my bikes by far. I’m going to ride it until it dies somehow. Super agile, amazing handling, mine weighs about 19 lbs with a bottle cage GPS and pedals. I don’t ride my Cervelo S2 I’m saving that for when this bike fails or if I am in some sort of group rides.
I have a 2014 SuperSix Evo Ultegra and love it. I’d definitely pay $600 for one.
I’d buy it.
Hell yeah it’s a good deal ..
600 for ultegra is decent. I’d buy also rim brakes
I had one of these. I think it’s a 2013-2014. Super stiff bike, btw. Good deal at $600.
buy it now
Hell yeah. I’ll take that if i can see that kind of deal here.
