singlejeff on August 10, 2024 2:03 am Rode a 7.3 for years that I picked up for 200 in the Phoenix area. This seems at least partially setup assuming it comes with the rack and pannier. Under 300 for sure assuming it has a new chain and tires and brake pads are still supple.
