Got the wheel fixed with a new tire. Problem is said tire is too big to fit. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Last tire was 20×2.25 this one is 20×2.3

take off the brakes
Get a file and make some room.
Or just scoop a set of Odyssey Springfields. They should clear.
I will just ask the most obvious question. Can you pulls the wheel back further in the frame? Or is the chain to tight/ not enough room in the dropout
New frame
I rode it to see how it’d go and it was smooth for the most part. But the chain kept popping/clicking/getting stuck
I have the same thing happening, I can’t see very well here but you may be able to improve things by unwinding the barrel adjuster for the brake. This will increase the tension of the brake in the ‘resting’ / unpulled position, pulling the arms away from the tyre (and the pads closer to the rim, obviously you still need a small gap there as well). It’s working for me!
How far forward is the rear axle in the drop outs? If it’s close to the front, add some length to the chain and pull the wheel back.
