Need help with brakes, I accidentally squeezed the lever while the tire is off and now the pads are stuck together and dragging on the disc, I had to squeeze the disc back in there. I’m low on money so if I can fix this myself great, but I also don’t want to mess up the brake

Yes- don’t worry! With the wheel off, take a plastic tire lever and press the brake pads back away from center. When you pull the brake lever, a piston pushes the pad towards the center. You are just undoing this action.
Remove it again and use some flat head screwdriver to carefully push the pistons back.
