How do I unboring this grey Giant?

I've had this bike for a while and it rides great, but I've gotten sick of the grey/black look. I'm looking to spend no more than about £150 to just spruce it up a bit, throw a bit of colour in there and whatnot. My first thoughts on how to make it more interesting were to chuck a pair of tan walls and a front rack on. Anybody got suggestions?? 🙂
