I'm torn between which bike to use.
Only stuff switched was tyres,saddle, saddle bag and bottle rack.

The Raleigh of course
If you are going to do long distance routes or even commuting, I would choose the Raleigh, if you want more of a mountain trail bike the Gringo, although both are beautiful.
Purely on aesthetics, I heavily prefer the Raleigh
It not having a suspension fork will make it better for road riding so if it’s a commuter, solid choice
