In this Video we will take a look at the recently finished exhaust system that i made for a six cylinder Benelli, fitted with a works style 6 into 6 system.

This Exhaust system was design to emulate the systems fitted to 1970s GP racing Motorcycles like the ones used by Honda Benelli and MV Agusta.

The pipes were sand bent in a traditional style and the megaphones were hydroformed to achieve the double bend required to replicate the look of a 1970s GP racing Motorcycle.

The system has been finished in a matt black ceramic coating, and you can join me as i try to fit all six pipes without marking them.

a very stressful hour, and i only managed to get half of them on the bike, its a lot easier to do, when they havent been painted/coated.

Thanks again for watching another episode form the Raysons Workshop.

and please feel free to leave a comment.
