Hey guys
I’m pretty new at biking, so I bought this old bike to go to work but I notice that the gears don’t change.
I’m googling about it but I can’t find videos that have the same system as mine.
Does anyone know smth about it?

It’s Sachs Spectro T3.
It seems the pulley isn’t aligned with the gear chain. It probably should be fixed. (Edit: or is it because it’s in the highest gear when the cable is slack?)
I found a dealer technical manual from 1999. It has Spectro T3 (but without the pulley).
