Personal preference and fit. Does it feel like a big reach? Then shorten it. Also flip it for aesthetic reasons. No one needs an upward stem

Seat at that angle will make most stems feel off since it’s basically pushing you into the handlebars.
I would flip the stem and rotate the bars up as a starting point.

this frame would be perfect to do one of those dish soap paint splatter finishes on

Bro how long is that stem, like 130mm?? Most people ride 80-100mm. The small distance makes a big difference, grab a new stem
Don’t listen to these other people telling you to flip the stem, that’s a ridiculous idea, it’ll only make the reach worse and the bike worse to ride. Buy a shorter stem, but yes adjust your bars because they look upside down

if you look at my build i’m on a 52cm and i’m 5’10-5’11 . i run a 110 stem with both my risers that are 720mm (i think) and my drops which are 420mm maybe change your stem or flip your bars so they’re a bit closer even if it looks weird it’ll give you a different position

you should be right on the downhills , but with no chain I daresay the uphills and even flats are going to pose a problem .

Hear me out, my take on this is that stem length is something of personal preference. A longer stem takes the almost road bike mode of doing things, putting you in a lower, more up-front? position, and a short stem is either freestyle oriented, or just making you sit more upright (maybe resulting in a slightly better back posture)
