Haro Shredder for Daughter?

My girl is turning 7 and wants a bmx bike. She’s currently 45 inches tall.

I envision taking her to the skate park where she can experiment with small ramps, try a pump track, etc.

I want to get her something decent, but here’s the catch: it is absolutely non-negotiable that it be pink or purple!

The only thing I can find in a kids size that is pink is this Haro Shredder 18” girls bike:

I don’t know much about BMX at all, so a little in the dark. I could spend up to 500 and I’m happy to. The issue is the pink/purple requirement!

Is this Haro half decent for a total beginner?
