Hey, I just purchased the endurace 7 in M, but took my measurements again for a 2nd time and got an 85 seam and 186 height. Will the medium still be rideable or should I cancel my order. Any help appreciated, first bike I've purchased so was a bit confused

is your order already processed? if so, there is nothing you can do now, wait that it arrives and you can try it yourself at home, and then decide whether to return it.
i do have pretty much the same measurements and i had a canyon in L and it felt too big, now i have a specialized tarmac in 56/M and it fits quite perfectly. personally i would go for M when buying canyon, even if the recommendation is L
in general, I agree with james (bike fit tuesdays: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMZ241fyVfiv3eAJ4UYkzeb2JltpLSlzs), size recommendations are too big.
I’m 185, 82. I went size M and find it a great fit. The large would be a more aggressive fit for you so it depends on what you’re looking for. I suspect the M will be a good fit though as I have a longer torso than you and it fits me well.
