    I’d say that’s much too much yeah. The LHT is big within the bike packing community (but even then it’s not *that* big), so it’s usually seen with racks and drops etc.

    This is kinda dressed the wrong way to fetch big money too

  3. Honestly buying a bike with the only goal of making a profit then using this sub to gauge how much people will buy it for seems a bit scummy.

    This sub and used bikes in general are meant to be accessible and unique ways to get into cycling and make your bike your own

    Before I read your comment I was thinking $700, but I’m into bicycle touring and aside from the bars the bike is set up for me 100% perfect. Sadly, I’m not the average bike buyer. So realistically $550.

  5. IMO the issue with selling these types of bikes is that everyone who recognizes how cool it is wants to build one themselves, and everyone who doesn’t is not going to pay big money for an old bike with rim brakes. Would’ve been better off to just sell the frame I think.
