Is the screw length matching the one written on the fork ?

To me, it looks like you twisted the nutsert/rivnut from the tube. Personally, I doubt you cracked the fork, but rather chipped the paint around the nutsert.
If you’re unsure, consider taking it to a bike shop and have them inspect it. They should have the proper tools to repair/replace a damaged/stripped nutsert. They also may not want to touch it given that its on the fork of the bike. Good luck!

3nm is pretty much nothing.
You might used a long screw which has been reached to the end and pushes out the screw nuts
If that’s the case, it’s totally your fault. You fucked it up, yeah.
You can’t ride this bike for now, you will need a new fork replacement.

there is a problem with ortlieb bag mounts that can cause this. did you try to mount one of those?

A friend of mine had the same issue, contacted Canyon and they shipped a new fork under warranty.
