Tbh no, most of the time it’s important to know how to modulate braking with both of them.
If you need to stop asap and only use the front brake, well, most likely you’re going to flip.
It’s all down to muscle memory and feel just using one won’t bring you any advantages

No!!! This is how you flip over! I make it a point to rarely use my front brakes. If you have to, just make sure to shift your weight back before you start to brake.

No, the only time I only use the front brake is when I’m unloading my gear from the car and I’m coasting the bike around while holding shoes, a bag, a helmet, groceries, the dog leash…

as drill , sure.
in fact some slab are best used with front brake modulation.
but as standard practice no, due to front tire washout.

Fuck No! Great way of getting yourself OTB and unalived.
Front is only in select controlled situations. Rear brake does 95% of the breaking.

No, and I also don’t think it’s good practice to ride with a selfie stick

I did for a ride as my back brakes started screaming. It was a good drill as a beginner to get more comfortable using more front brake.

If you want to go over the handlebars, yes.
