P- / T-Line 5s fine tuning

5-speed conversion went okay-ish , with minimal fine-tuning needed. I am using Shimano 105 11s casette (11,13,15,17,21T), KMC X11 chain & SRAM NX 11s shifter. the gears shift fine, but the drivetrain makes abit more grinding noise especially on cog 15, 13 and 11T. what have i done wrong here? it is as if the cassette is too far outward from hub body base but i followed step by step visual guide from Brillianbikes Youtube.
