    If they offer all your money back without having to send it back then you could get the hub relaced with a different rim at a bike shop, but you shouldn’t just accept the damage from them. If you do get it relaced, you should get the hub checked out too since it must have taken quite a beating for that to happen.

    Lacking a new rim is therapeutic. However those short thick spokes are a bear to source.

    Obviously the shipping co should bear financial responsibility.

  4. Can this be refitted on a new rim? Ask a pro. But personally I would definitely return this.
