
Ordered a new grizl for my wife’s birthday. Immediately out the box the rear derailleur is behaving funny. I make sure the battery is fully charged. Still doesn’t want to change gears.. ultimately called a mobile mechanic who confirmed the thing is shot. Said the internal gearing is completely stripped. I contacted canyon and it’s been over a week and nothing but radio silence. I’ve called the customer service twice and all I get is “our warranty team is working on it”. But overall pretty horrible experience. Any thoughts on how to remedy or expedite appreciated. I would like to keep the bike but seems like I keep moving closer to returning as I haven’t heard anything from them as far as repair.
