Hi I bought some forks as brand new there 8 years old and my 2:4 tyres are too wide there’s around 2mm clearance each side. But they are very lightweight.i swapped forks of my mongoose LEGION 100 to use the 2:4 tyres. What about a 1:75 front tyre and the 2:4 back ? Will it be ok for street riding

It’ll be alright, if not a really weird loom with such a massive size difference between the two.
Aside from looking a bit odd there’s no reason you can’t run a narrower tyre up front but you don’t need to go *that* narrow for a mid-2010’s fork either. A 2.25 or maybe even 2.3 would probably fit with enough clearance just fine without looking as wonky as 1.75.
Back in the day (2007ish) it was common to run a big front small back. But back then I feel people were running 2.25 as standard. 2.30 was the biggest I heard of. Now these 2.4 I’m seeing is massive and have a hard time fitting in most forks and rear ends of bikes if there is any warp to the rim. I have some pretty true wheels and it takes me a little fidgeting to get both my wheels on without rubbing but there is a sweet spot. Running cult vans 2.40 front and back with mongoose L80 frame and haro baseline forks.
