Good. But consider self-locking nuts and/or threadlocker, maybe even red one. This thing will unwind itself in no time. Or at least a second nut that locks the first, like in cup’n’cone hubs.

On the binary scale of would 1. I rock it vs 0. would I not rock it- I would not rock it. BUT I like where your head is at.
Unclipped, I’d move that mount to the brake mount on fork.
If you want to get nasty, make a giant hoop that mounts to your rear wheel and extends all the way out in front of your bars over your head to mount it /s

I like the idea of using an offset wrench. But personally I like having my front light stationary so the beam is consistently thrown at the same area and angle as where the bike is going.
Also with your setup you might be throwing dazzle at oncoming cars, pedestrians or riders.
If you’re riding any rough stuff with this bike you might clip the whole light off and compromise the brake lever. (I know I wreck it within the first few miles on single track.)
Also, you should cut and deburr the mounting bolt before it gores you.

In my daily usage that would get broken off in no time flat. You’d always have to be incredibly mindful whenever you parked it on a bikerack…
7/10 for looks, especially on approach from a distance.
7/10 for execution
3/10 for everyday practicality

You could have one on each side, why stop with just one?

1/10 – Just as good as the dangling cable of your front brake.
Legit and clean
Is that an offset wrench??
