According to the serial number, it should be a 1980 ( K=USA market *edited*, J=0 so 1980). Because of the “W” under the bottom bracket, that should be a Tange Champion 4130 Chro-Moly. Comfy to ride due to longer chainstays than the regular racing-type, say, Prestige.
