All of the other gears shift fine except this one. When I shift it seems the derailleur travels much further than any other shift and completely skips the gear.
The only fix I’ve found is adjusting the barrel adjuster, but doing this causes all of the other gears to get out of tune. Any help would be appreciated

Some 2x cranks require you to be in the smaller chainring to shift up. What model crank set do you have?
Each time I’ve had something like this happen, and attempts at adjusting only move the problem into a different spot on the cassette, it’s been due to a bent / badly aligned derailleur hanger. It’s difficult to eyeball, I bought a 35 buck hanger adjuster tool, which both showed the hanger was bent and allowed to bend it to a better alignment, removing the shifting issue.
