My first build. I used a Elops speed 500 as a base then added new brakes, freewheel, bottom bracket, crank arm and chainring. In addition, also added bullhorn plus tektro brake handles. A few details where I need your opinion.

Details: the front brake doesn’t touch the rim and I can’t put it lower. Ideally I’d like to keep the brakes that I have, any ideas?
Second, what kind of tape do you recommend for the handle bars?
