Hi everyone, I have a CC bike touring trip planned for late September. For the detour, I have two route options from Soledad to Paso Robles: one is the ACA route, which is longer at 140 km and has more hills with a 1380m incline, and the other mostly follows the 101 highway, which is more direct at 125 km with only 480m uphill.
My question is, is the 101 route feasible since it passes through Camp Roberts? I want to go from Soledad to Paso Robles as quickly as possible, so I obviously prefer that route.
