I have just completed my Summer tour (created using cycle.travel.com). Through Benelux (I underestimated the climbs), catching the Voie Bleue near Schengen all the way down to Lyon. I highly recommend the Voie Bleue. There are not many pure big gravel parts and, icing on the cake, there is now a tunnel near the entry to Lyon which cuts out a final climb!

Any thoughts on the tailfin system? Do you feel the need to balance the weight with the front pannier or do you think I’d be fine without it?
