That’s wild ! Congratulations. I just started so 100 miles I can’t even imagine . How long have you been cycling ?

  2. Keep doing it. Normalize being able to do higher and higher distances without it being a “thing”. I’m to the point where I’ll throw down 100 miles on a Saturday if I have time, but I’m wiped after ,and anyone can push themselves. In my eyes, I’ve “mastered” a distance if I’m able to do said distance and not have my whole day shot, still able to do yardwork and real work, not just collapsing on the couch for 5 hours afterwards 🙂 always something to improve! Make sure to rest for a few days before doing another ride. After my first century I did one day rest only and legs felt like ass for the whole week since I didn’t rest enough
