My deurallier is making werid sounds on lowest gear, and on the highest gear there is basically zero chain tension. I recently took my duerllier off my bike and took the jockey wheels and cage apart to clean. Is it a tuning issue? Did i put it back wrong, did i assemble the cage and jockey wheels incorrectly? Help would be appreciated!

Check the B screw setting
Check the piece of the hanger that the B limit screw pushes out from. Take the derailleur back off and put it back on while tensioning it back towards the rear of the bike.
