Been keeping an eye on this listing for about a month or so and just saw the owner dropped the price by $200. Would you say this is a good deal given the aftermarket wheelset?

No. IMO it looks like it was put together with mixed parts . The shifters look to be older models . Could be this guys Covid project that he’s trying to recoup money on.

Oh hell no. The frame may be 2020, but component parts are way older than that. Those shifters are probably about 10-15 years old, as are the derailleurs.
Looks like a bike more than 10y old..
