Pake frame seatpost collar: 30.00mm
Went to LBS and they recommended the 28.6 mm seat clamp for my 27.2 mm seatpost I bought from them as well.
Is this valid?
Not my first fixied gear at all but my first build from scratch and all the past seatposts were already integrated.

You need a 30mm clamp, don’t try to force on a 28.6mm one. Try to find a store that sells Surly if you want to buy one in person.
Wtf? No, you are not tripping, this will not work on your frame.
Buy a 30mm clamp from Soma.
