In my opinion thats way too expensive for a 13 y/o bike especially a tiagra at that. if you’re spending $1100 you can find decently priced 105s/Ultegra in the ysed market depending on where you look. Or you could get a brand new bike from decathlon. Their Van Rysel edf 105 af and their triban 520 is on sale for around that price point.
Way too high. Maybe worth $300 tops.
