Anybody know how to fix this? Shimano shifter/brake combo

I have taken this damn thing apart and tightened it 4 times. It’s really a pain in the ass having to disassemble everything just to get to that screw due to there being no direct access to the hex.

I can only get about 3 rides in before it comes loose again. I haven’t used any locite because I wasn’t sure if it would be ok on such a smaller, delicate type part.

Any ideas on how I can keep this thing tight?
