I am not sure where the noise is coming from but whenever I try to move it itll make this noise. I tried to move the front tire upside down and there is no noise. Any thoughts?

If you just squeeze your brake lever a little bit does it stop?

It will be your brake pads running slightly on the discs, possibly contaminated brake pads too. I have the exact same noise on my bike currently.
Those are your brakes rubbing. Hold the levers and then try turning it back and forth; it’ll be quiet.
That is definitely your brake pad rubbing. Go for a ride or two and I bet it stops as the pad wears. If it’s still there though, then you need to have your pads adjusted. It’s a super simple job. The shop might not even charge you if you bought it from them
It’s brakes. If it’s new you need to bed-in the brakes.
Take it to a shallow hill and cycle down holding your brakes just enough to show you down but not still you. Do this a few times and hopefully it will all stop I’ve done properly.

Had something similar on a new purchase, pads slightly rubbing the disc.
I also found that there was very little travel on the brake lever. The issue was the pads had not been fully spaced out. Issue resolved when I pushed the factory pad spacer all the way in – pad no longer rubbing disc and plenty of lever travel
Got this after replacing rotor and pads on MTB. I had to adjust calipers.
