Assuming it’s new, the phrase “boxed bike” doesn’t mean something weird, and the site is legit, that’s a screaming deal. Less than I paid for my Broam 40- which I love, by the by.

Yeah this is a great deal. When Merlin sell a “boxed” bike it means the bike has arrived from felt and not even been opened. You’ll need to do a full check over of it or have a pro do it before riding it.
I have a broam from them and it’s been great. Check out the stem on yours if you go for it, there was nothing in the instructions or on the website but they’re adjustable angle so have a play with it to make the bike fit better for you.

Merlin is legit and their prices are very reasonable. However, I’m quite sure felt is going out of business so do think about replacement parts
