Hummm the cpu on the top left of the first picture shouldn’t be missing part of its ceramic ic packaging. It’s the square that not glossy on a bit. I assuming the bit missing is more than just a coating.
Doesn’t look deep enough to effect it’s operation but it may a sign that it has internal defects. Quick look over I don’t see any burnt traces or popped components.
The fairly large grey square labeled AKKU- is i believe is the pcb fusible and it looks unfused.
If you were closer to somewhere this would have been a warranty repair from that cpu damage alone.
