Hi, recently I bought an BMX bike, wanted to clean and Grease the headset, but mounting it back it resulted with 2 gaskets more that I didn't use🙃
Where should I put this?Is this causing the handlebars to be so hard to turn?
(The gaskets are in plastic)

Forgot to say it’s an standard threadless
Going to need to see your headset installation?
Usually the bearings go in the cup with a bunch of grease and these go on top of that.
