I have a 2007 Trek Madone 5.2 with a mixed Ultregra/Dura-Ace drive train. It's good bike bike and I'm happy with it but I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading at all. As far as I know everything is original except for the stem and saddle. I would like to upgrade the wheels but it has rim brakes and I'm wondering if anything like what they have on Amazon would work or not. What do you think?

I wouldn’t get deep carbon wheels, especially If you live somewhere hilly. The best upgrade would be some light tyres and possibly so sealed bearing wheels? Just a decent set of wheels
