Personally I’d add more chain. First fixie was a 70s schwinn conversion. Having your axle that close to the end of the dropout can put your rear wheel at risk of flying away after hitting a big bump or pothole

If the axle is tight enough it probably will be fine, if not tight enough a couple more mm won’t save you 😅
